April West Hills Information Evening
With 60 years of experience and knowledge in not only the building industry, but also in the business of selling properties, Universal Homes understand what it is that first home buyers need and want, and it’s quite a simple list; clear details of the buying process, and the extent of their ability to fund it.
With the release of a stunning range of two and three bedroom homes in West Hills, at 68 Fred Taylor Drive in Auckland’s north-west, first home buyers have a fantastic opportunity to get in to the property market in a realistic position, financially.
An important aspect of purchasing a Universal Home at West Hills is that there are NO ballots, NO progress payments, but provides a free-hold, turn-key home.
An integral part of the information evening will include advice from a major home lender. An ASB mobile lending manager will be onsite to talk you through the difference between Universal Homes and other first home buyer options, and what buyers need to understand and consider.
The evening will be held at the West Hills Information Centre at 68 Fred Taylor Drive, next door to the Sweet Red Strawberry shed. Visitors can come to the Information Centre and view the homes via Universal’s virtual reality system, from 10 am to 4 pm, seven days per week.
West Hills has been developed by urban-designers Isthmus who also developed Hobsonville Point, and award-winning architects Avery Team Architects and Construkt Architects.
