February West Hills Information Evening

Auckland first home buyers have new options with the release of stunning two and three bedroom homes at West Hills in north-west Auckland at 68 Fred Taylor Drive.

Universal Homes, who are now into their 60th year, understand what first home buyers want; to know the extent of their ability to fund it and their critical need for simple and clear details about the buying process.

It is also important to note that Universal requires NO ballot, NO progress payments and provides a free-hold, turn-key home with no restrictions on ownership that the banks welcome.

The latest release of new homes at West Hills includes a range two and three bedroom homes priced from $685,000. Over the next eight years up to 1100 new homes will be built in stages across this vibrant new community, as well as parks and other amenities.

An important part of the evening will include advice from a major home lender – an ASB mobile lending manager – to explain the difference between Universal Homes and other first home buyer options and what buyers need to understand and consider.

The new homes are to be built on 42 hectares off Fred Taylor Drive near the NorthWest Shopping Centre. They include one, two, three and four-bedroom homes in stage one of the Universal Homes development, accessed from a new road off Don Buck Road. Three show-homes for the development are also being built on this road and will be available to view in a few months.

West Hills Information Centre is at 68 Fred Taylor Drive, next door to the Sweet Red Strawberry shed. Visitors can come to the Information Centre and view the homes via Universal’s virtual reality system, seven days per week, 10 am to 4 pm.

West Hills has been developed by urban-designers Isthmus who also developed Hobsonville Point, and award-winning architects Avery Team Architects and Construkt Architects.
